Each document can have multiple versions/editions, with the system ensuring a clear and controlled sequence. Each version is assigned a unique status (e.g., "Draft", "In Progress", "For Approval", "Approved"), and only one version can hold the same status at any given time – preventing duplicates and ensuring a streamlined workflow.
